Science Curriculum Overview
Our STEAM Science Program draws upon national curriculum programs to present multiple projects with a standards-aligned, science program. Sessions are being finalized but will draw upon the following:
Space
Building upon the global resurgence in space exploration, we will examine multiple aspects of Space Science including space travel, recent advancements in extra-solar system planet hunting, and our marquee project – sending a weather balloon into space! Engineering
To support out ambitious space weather balloon project, we will spend the first week of the program working on teams to design and build various engineering solutions to real life challenges.
